Executive Team

Victor Bates
Vice-President, Consulting Operations

Victor works on the investment team of a rapidly growing hedge fund startup. His background is in financial services and technology, and within these spaces he has worked as a consultant and as a venture capital investor. Victor brings his knowledge from these experiences to the Director of Consulting Operations role, where he collaborates with the rest of the consulting team to help clients sustainably scale their organization’s impact. Victor graduated with an Honours in Business Administration from the Ivey Business School at the University of Western Ontario.

Ahsaan Rizvi
Director, Client Recruitment

With a passion to support organization serving the community, Ahsaan has been with Collaboration Partners since 2018 where he helps identify and recruit non-profits in the GTA who would benefit from our pro bono consulting services. He is currently serving as a Senior Data Scientist at the largest telecommunication company of Canada.

Ahsaan holds a Masters in Engineering Management from Duke University.

Alex Pantea
Director, Talent & Culture

Alex currently works as a management consultant at SATOV Consultants where he provides strategy consulting and commercial due diligence advisory to a variety of corporate and private equity clients. He brings his experience in running SATOV's recruiting program to staffing Collaboration Partners' projects.

Alex graduated from the Double Degree program in Math and Business from the University of Waterloo and Wilfrid Laurier University.

Jisoo Kim
Director

Jisoo is a former Consultant at the Accenture Canada Innovation Hub. Jisoo is passionate about social impact and sustainability. She brings her knowledge of design thinking and broad consulting experience in financial services, blockchain, human centered design, and innovation.

Jisoo graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Commerce. She is currently studying her JD at the University of Toronto Faculty of Law.

Ayesha Simpson
Manager, Client Relations

Ayesha graduated from Niagara University with a degree in Social Work. She spent many years in the non-for-profit sector supporting and advocating on behalf of marginalized groups and individuals. She has successfully owned and operated her own business for over 10 years.

Ayesha is the proud mother of two beautiful boys, of whom they are the joy of her life. She has a strong passion for serving her community through various fundraising initiatives and integration of services. With her strong knowledge of the Non-for-profit sector, Business Development and her Organic relationship building, Ayesha is excited to be giving back, by putting to use the learnings she has attained over the years.
