Collaboration Partners is continuously recruiting for clients to assist. To qualify as a client, non-profit organizations should meet the following criteria:
Status: Be a registered not-for-profit, charity or social venture
Mission: The organization's mission is focused on providing programs and services for disadvantaged socio economic groups and help individuals become self sufficient
Human Resources: The organization has a Board of Directors and volunteers that will enable it to implement our recommendations
Years of Operation: The organization has been in operation for a minimum of two years. It has established short and long term goals
Client Map: The organization must have the capacity to work closely with the consulting team. The organization can provide a few key contacts at the executive and board levels for the project duration. Contacts must be accessible by email and telephone on a regular basis, and to meet in person as required
Project Focus: Project will be focused on one or more of our key areas of expertise: youth, minorities, women or families
Project Length: Project length will be approximately 3 to 6 months
