ADVISORS

Our advisors are seasoned professionals with significant strategy-related experiences in a variety of roles at institutions including McKinsey, Bain and Company, The Bridgespan Group, CIBC World Markets, Bank of Montreal, and Bell.

Our advisors provide direction and guidance for Collaboration Partners to shape its long-term vision and strategy. And as well provide their experience and insights to help deliver results to our clients.

Andrea Loayza  -  Founder

Andrea Loayza currently works as an Associate Director at UBS Investment Bank in the Financial Institutions Group. As one of the co-founders of Collaboration Partners, she has been involved with the organization since its inception in 2011. She is the Chair of the Board of Directors for Collaboration Partners and has previously served as Lead of the Executive Team and Project Manager for a client engagement. She is very enthusiastic about the impact of pro bono consulting for nonprofits in the community. Andrea has served as a volunteer consultant for a microfinance organization in Sao Paolo through the Global Social Enterprise program at Yale SOM, Lead Advisor for various engagements at the Volunteer Consulting Group at the University of Toronto for four years and Engagement Manager for Endeavour Volunteer Consulting for Non-profits.. 

Prior to joining UBS, Andrea worked for a number of years in corporate development and management consulting at CIBC, Deloitte and BMO. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the Yale School of Management.

Mike Kenigsberg  -  Executive Advisor

Mike currently works at Klick Health working with US based Pharmaceutical, Biotech and Med Device companies to overcome their marketing challenges.  Previously he worked at ZS Associates, an international Management Consulting firm specializing in Health and Pharma and consulted with multinational companies on business issues in both sales and marketing.

Mike has been involved in charitably and not-for-profits for the past five years and has sat on the Board of Directors of the Polycystic Kidney Disease Foundation of Canada and has acted as the Chairman of the Board.  Mike has recently joined Collaboration partners as a member of the Board of Directors as well has acted as Advisor on project work.

Mike has a B.Sc. from York University, an M.Sc. from Western University and an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business.

Julie Raheja Perera  -  Executive Advisor

Julie Raheja-Perera is Sr Director Marketing at PepsiCo Beverages Canada. Julie currently leads the strategic planning and marketing agenda for the Nutrition & Partnership Brands portfolio, which includes some of Canada’s top brands including Tropicana, Naked Juice, Starbucks RTD, Pure Leaf Tea, Brisk and Rockstar Energy.  Prior to this role, Julie has had various brand, channel marketing & sales responsibilities.  Prior to PepsiCo she worked at Nabisco (Kraft). Julie has a Bachelor of Business Adminstration from Wilfrid Laurier University, and was a a graduate of the Leadership Devlelopment Program at Harvard Business School.
Julie was born in Montreal, raised in Ottawa by parents who immigrated from India. Julie lives in Toronto, with her husband and 2 children,  with passion for great dining, staying active and recently learning Taekwondo.
Julie has had varied charitable development experience, including being an Executive Sponsor for the Womens Inclusion Network at PBC, volunteering at Sunnybrook Hospital and supporting a fundraising council at Sick Kids Hospital.  Julie joined Collaboration Partners as a board member late 2013.
